- You may download, display or print information from this Site (the “Information”) for non-commercial personal use only with due credits to Protsahan. A link to the section of Protsahan’s website where you’ve accessed the information from is required while doing so.

- The products on our website are designed by artisans and volunteers for Protsahan India Foundation, and we reserve all rights to these products, including and not limited to the product images, designs and specifications.
- Since all our products are hand-made, we cannot guarantee uniformity of the product design and specifications for bulk orders. However, we endeavor to select only the best quality products for any bulk or corporate orders at all times.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- While Protsahan uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, Protsahan makes no warranties or representations with respect to the content of the Site, which is provided “as is”.
